Beta software
AllDrives is in beta. It may contain defects, its behaviour may change, and formats it stores on your Mac may change between versions. Do not rely on it as your only means of reaching important data.
Licence
You may install and use AllDrives on Macs you own or control. AllDrives is proprietary software; you may not redistribute, resell, decompile or reverse engineer it. It bundles third-party components under their own permissive licences, listed in the app under About → Legal Notices.
Free during the beta
The beta is free with all features enabled. When paid licensing begins we will say so in advance, and beta users get an early-bird discount. After the beta ends, versions below the supported minimum may stop offering their features until updated — your drives remain mounted and readable in Finder while that is the case.
Your accounts and your files
You are responsible for the cloud accounts you connect and for complying with those providers' terms. AllDrives acts on your behalf on your machine. We have no access to your accounts, your credentials or your files at any point.
Encrypted drives
If you create an encrypted drive, you alone hold the passphrase. It cannot be recovered by us or by your storage provider. Losing it means permanently losing access to the contents of that drive. This is a deliberate property of the feature, not a limitation to be worked around.
Assistant access
If you grant an AI assistant access to your drives, you are responsible for what it does with that access. AllDrives records those actions and allows many of them to be reversed, but you should review what you grant. Assistants are provided by third parties under their own terms.
Acceptable use
Do not use AllDrives to store or move material you have no right to, or in a way that breaches the terms of the storage providers you connect.
Disclaimer
AllDrives is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, noob LLP is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of AllDrives. Keep your own backups of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Termination
You may stop using AllDrives at any time by deleting it; your cloud files are unaffected. We may discontinue the beta, with notice on this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes
If these terms change materially, the effective date above changes.
